YouTube - Jethro Tull - Thick as a Brick - Madison Square Garden 1978 that's just 9 minutes of their 40+ minute Thick As A Brick but yeah -i still like JT better than the other bands i listed(there, i just said i liked them more. happy, you sons of bitches?) -Reverend Horton Heat needs to be talked about more in the music world -people who think rappers have no talent should enter a freestyle battle -i like Phish's studio work more than their long, drawn out jams |
I'll do another Queens of the Stone Age one and say their top three best albums are Era Vulgaris>S/T>Lullabies To Paralyze.

Most of these bands are but overrated imo. Also alot of classic rock is overrated too. |

i almost agree with you about Tom Lehrer, but he is more in the realm of musical satire, that Gilbert & Sullivan tradition, different ballpark to all the great jazz and blues and doo wop and rock'n'roll etc that was happening i cant be bothered to go through the rest, should keep the thread abuzz for a while though |
Fudge Tunnel >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Any band linked with the grunge movement

Kind of funny though b/c I think most R&B is overrated, though i admittingly haven't given it much of a chance in the last few years. Anything good you can suggest that might change my mind? |
