Yeah I get Andrew WK is all about mindless fun and all that, which would be fine, except I don't find any of the tunes catchy and the shouting is annoying etc. The tunes actually remind me of cartoons I used to watch when I was a kid. Not something I want to really head bang to.

I haven't heard much of Andrew WK so yeah there could very well be more to him...

What I said was in reference to I Get Wet really

I like Korn, Saliva, Soil, POD, Godsmack, Disturbed, Staind, Rage Against The Machine, Limp Bizkit, Papa Roach, and Puddle of Mudd (which Puddle of Mudd is actually more post-grunge possibly than nu-metal).

OH MY GOD? I didn't know he was contributing with bands like NWW and Current 93. I just thought he was a fun-loving, good natured guy who liked to party. This totally changes my opinion on the guy... for the better.

I think he pretty much just is a fun loving, good natured guy who likes to party... He also just happens to work in experimental musical collectives. I bet he acts the same way around them.

Have you guys seen him on his cartoon network show, Destroy Build Deatroy? He's an absolute maniac.

Slipknot - Vol. 3 : The Subliminal Verses
Limp Bizkit - Three Dollar Bill, Yall
Coal Chamber - Dark Days
Soulfly - 3 (more thrash than nu-metal, but has a few groovy "Samba-metal" trax)
Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory

Korn's Untouchables deserves a honourable mention also
