Eddie Van Halen is definitely under-appreciated by music snobs. He did indeed revolutionize rock guitar. Not fit to wipe Hendrix's ass but a brilliant guitarist and artist still. Glad I got see him live back in the real Van Halen days.

Indie Rock has become the new Punk Rock, however Indie is missing pretty much every redeemable quality Punk has and is often pretentious about it on top of that.
