Pixies>>>>>>Nirvana>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Foo Fighters
fact, mother fuckers.

I mean if we're going to say what should be on the list we should do it right

Wire-Pink Flang
Descendents-Milo Goes To College
Rites of Spring- S/T
Sunny Day Real Estate- Diary
Swing Kids- Discography
Saetia- A Retrospective
Meat Puppets-II
Pixies-Doo Little
Big Black- Atomizer
Slint-Spiderland
Husker Du-Zen Arcade
Radiohead- OK Computer
Black Flag-Damaged
Nick Drake-Pink Moon
Catch 22-Keasby Nights

Those are the 15 of the most influential albums of the past 30 years . I don't have a doubt in my mind that they are.

And what I mean is shut up, Raine. Foo Fighters aren't better or more influential than Nirvana.\

Edit: this doesn't make as much sense anymore because it's a little out of context now damn you defend your castle.

Congratulations, you just proved how stupid & ignorant indie fans generally are.

Congratulations for not explaining how those albums have not been extremely influential and giving examples of ones that had a bigger impact.

I mean, "Nuh uh you're dum cuz you listn to progzorz"
Isn't that the conversation we're suppose to have?

I don't need to explain anything, your list is proof enough.

1. Your bias towards indie in that list is ASTONISHING!!!
2. Theres more to music than just the past 30 years.
3. Nick Drake goddamn sucks.

No shit there's more to music but those albums had such a huge following and the effects upon their scene that it changed the shape of music. Influential not quality. Though of course I beg to differ about Nick Drake but it's irrelevant he had an astounding impact.

Even then, influence isnt the only criteria for greatness.

Oh what am I talking about?... This is "best" not "greatest".

Well, I wasn't talking about greatest. Those are definitely not the greatest ever. Influential was mentioned a couple pages ago so I made this post in respond but I got side tracked time passed so I said edit this doesn't make any sense in context anymore.

Oasis shouldn't be anywhere near that list.

I'd put in:
Ziggy Stardust
Dark Side of the Moon
Rubber Soul

Personally, I think albums should've passed some sort of "test of time" before being considered.

I don't, the list would be predictable as hell.
