Yes because 95% of that movement was made up of sh*t copycat bands with nothing remotly interesting to listen to.

maybe so, but THEY WERE COPYING NIRVANA:usehead:
meaning that Nirvana was a huge influence on music
as opposed to Radiohead who only used huge influences from other people's music

So who are these hundreds of good bands Nirvana influenced?
I don`t see any , and please leave out any generic MTV sh*te out of any list you make.

'Head's influence will be going on for decades. Not just in one short burst like Nirvana.

are you seriously denying that Nirvana had no influence on music as we know it today? or even going as far as to insinuate that Radiohead had a greater influence?

And Im not saying that Nevermind should be at number 1 (which maybe it should, but w/e), im just saying it should be before OK Computer. And if they made number 6, even if the list is f'd up, you have to admit thats still pretty damn good.

That's nothing really in music. Ok's impact on music will spread slowly and will still seem fresh whereas Nevermind already sounds dated.
