Does it specify what this "new philosophy" is?

And that specifically states, the idea of avant-garde, pertaining to a revolt of creative minds against the class (whatever "the class" is) and is not aimed at avant-garde per say.

You can jack off about them anywhere. I'm not saying their bad bands but they're hardly attention starved.

Now if we had this forum for bands like Aavikko or Holy Fuck , that would be more like it.
