im definetly not a huge fan of women singers but...

stevie nicks is best, hands down

you have to hand it to the woman--great voice, she writes her own stuff (amazing lyrics), and can play the piano. id give her a 8 out of 10 on looks too

I almost forgot about Annie Hardy... she's like the modern female version of Captain Beefheart.

I'm all about Bjork. I can't get enough of her. And on 1-10, a few years ago I might have said 10 because she's so damn weird and well, I guess I have a thing for Icelandic women. But she's getting a little older so I have to say 9. The wrinkles detract but now she's a MILF.

I'm all swept up over Joanna Newsom these days. She is like Bjork-ish. But she sounds more like a 90 year old child. I find her music to be so captivating. And she is surprisingly attractive as compared to the way her voice sounds.
