Agent Orange - Living in Darkness

Most punk albums aren't this song-oriented, and that goes double for hardcore, so an album like this, with songs that don't all sound alike, is incredibly refreshing. Yes it's older than dog **** and everybody's heard it before, but god damn it, this album is amazing. Fast and furious as you could want a punk album, but it still feels like an album and not just a collection of barely different three-chord combinations.

But I don't know why the re-release version changed the tracklisting and put the single version of "Bloodstains" at the beginning (the album version is just better).

Maniac Meat by Tobacco

cant remember I may have already posted this fairly recently, but it's still on heavy rotation. it's getting pretty warm here, and this album just sounds like getting blasted and being sweaty. or being sunburnt.

I don't know anything as abstract as that besides Autechre, but they're not usually that aggressive usually, though they are weird and extremely fascinating, if you keep an open mind.

This one's not really derailing the thread because I'm starting to dive into this album in particular. I'll send you some other stuff in PM though.

The man Aesop Rock does a madness on this album. But quality all around.

Megadeth: Dystopia (2016)

Picked it up this morning and I've listened to it twice now. I love Mustaine and his growl-esque voice in his later years and the music behind it really compliments it well. I wasn't a big fan of Thirteen and Super Collider but this album is really ****ing good.

That title makes me worried that it might be another political thrash rant from Mustaine.
