Justin Timberlake

Some of my friends are always comparing Justin to Michael Jackson.

I dont really know about Justin, friends telling me that Justin has an amazing voice(well tha't true),and good dancing techniques~?

I've heard a few songs of Justin, like Cry Me A River and some others, incredible voice!Since I hadnt seen much of his videos,I dont know much about his steps

What you guys think about?:tramp:

lucylamppost 01-06-2008 10:53 PM

do you live on a cave on the moon?

Justin is everywhere!!!
Cry Me A RIver is the only song you know!?!

future , Love, Sex , Sounds (is that what its called) is a pretty see album lots of hits and catchy songs came from it. You should really really check it out if you like his voice.............

Sin Rin 01-06-2008 11:48 PM

I'm a rock fan,so pop music is somewhat strange to me...hehe
But of course I know more than just Cry Me A River ,i just mean this was my favorite song of Justin.

And yeah maybe i should check out more about him

jackhammer 01-07-2008 04:07 PM

I actually think that it's an pretty good album. I'm not the biggest fan of this sort of music. I do give credit where credit is due and will say that it is a fine pop album, how much of this is down to Timbaland is another matter. I thought ROCK YOUR BODY from his other album JUSTIFIED was a very good track.

Seltzer 01-07-2008 04:41 PM

Justin Timberlake is great. Good voice + great production = Win

adidasss 01-07-2008 04:47 PM

Future sex love sounds is garbage on the whole, but he does have a couple of good tunes....:\

jackhammer 01-07-2008 04:51 PM

Party pooper!

MURDER JUNKIE 01-07-2008 05:59 PM

No, it made it super-annoying. Just like Nelly Furtado's Loose. :\

mjscarousal 01-10-2008 09:24 PM

Everybody has there freedom of speech and say what they want, heres mine.
Justin Timberlake is a regurgiated bootleg version of Michael Jackson, nuff said.
If I wanna watch Michael Jackson I'd turn on the dag on t.v and put him on. Why would I watch a wack impersonater when I can watch the real thing? We have all these whipper snapers
Chris Brown, Neyo, Usher, Justin the list goes on. There trying to copy a legend that can't be reckoned. There is only one Michael Jackson. There all trying to do the same thing instead of making good music thats innovative and being innovative artists. There all commercial bull and thats how I feel about Justin. I don't know why people are always comparing him to MJ because he is NO WAY in the same category as him. His overrated. His dancing sucks if you think that wack silly dancing his does his kool, you need to see some real dancers. His songs sound the same. SOME of his songs from his first album are alright though. Sexyback? Sexy never went no where. You might of went some where but sexy for sure never went any where. His singing is ok, his dancing sucks, lyrics are wack, songs are wack on exception of like 1 or 2
Next...?

holdyoualways 01-11-2008 03:40 PM

justin is a bit of a guilty pleasure for me
"cry me a river" & "what comes around goes around" are probably my favorites

well yeah if you didn't like Justin's second album you wouldn't like Loose.

I loved Loose for the same reason I liked Future Sex/Love Sounds

under 01-21-2008 03:52 PM

Future Sex/Love Sounds has great music.

I got to see JT live and he did some great stuff with the piano and everything. He's truly an amazing artist.

Dmizz 01-21-2008 08:47 PM

future sex ruled !!!

Becaus MJ isn't commercial, and is extremely innovative? Wtf?

Skid Mark 01-26-2008 06:17 PM

JT is awesome
He not only bought Sexy back, he also bagged Britney in her prime

donnietyo 01-27-2008 02:15 AM

Justified had like 3 good songs, but Futuresex/Lovesounds was awesome.
Did anyone see that video where him and the dude from Maroon 5 sang "This Love" together? At the risk of sounding like a 12 year-old girl, that was pretty awesome.

jackhammer 01-27-2008 08:05 PM

He cannot act for toffee though.

Doesn't say anything about his craft.

Skid Mark 01-28-2008 12:52 PM

I never meant to say anything about his craft... that's probably why

Shannon 01-30-2008 12:29 AM

JT owns, I like both his albums so far.

Both albums have a few duds but all in all, both have more good songs than bad in my opinion.

Off Justified, the last song was my favourite, and Cry Me A River, o his new one, I like Summer Love and Lovestoned the best. :P

devilsmaster 01-30-2008 01:00 PM

Well ,i m not great fan of Justin. But this guy has really nice voice. His work is always up to mark.

Lizzie 01-30-2008 06:23 PM

*Sigh*....i'll admit...when Justified came out...I did buy it...and like it.....I really did...*shudders*

Shannon 02-02-2008 07:03 PM

His concert in Paris was awesome.. they re-arranged some songs to sound better for a concert.. it worked like a charm.
The version of "What Goes Around" is insane, same with "Cry Me A River".

.Tom. 02-07-2008 09:01 AM

I think he's brilliant. Justified was a decent album, but Futuresex/Lovesounds blew it away. Unfortunately he has the stereotype of a male pop star hanging over his head - but he writes a lot of his own music and does actually play piano at his concerts, so he's obviously musically adequate and not just a nice face and voice for teenage girls.

I saw a live version of What Goes Around a while ago and was really surprised, it blew me away.

Farfisa 02-08-2008 09:56 AM

never a fan of back street boys or him........and im like 17 now so youd think i was one

abstractsolo4agirl 02-13-2008 12:39 AM

ew.....he was okay until he started working with hip-hop and rap artists to produce music together.
thats just a no no in my point of view.
and look at this , i used to adore CRY ME A RIVER....!!!

Rainard Jalen 02-22-2008 12:26 AM

Why's it a no-no? Pop rap and contemp r&b tend to be quite closely related both in terms of musical form and production. It is expected that they'd be produced together.

Anyway, Justin's got a lot of good goin' for him.

monellia 02-25-2008 04:02 PM

Whatever about Justin Timberlake the solitary artist, Future Sex / Love Sounds is a manufactural masterpiece imo. I just cannot fathom how anyone can fault Timbaland's production on that album.

Michelle<3Music 03-10-2008 02:40 PM

Chris Brown really reminds me of Justin... very talented as well

sxruhbaiir 03-10-2008 03:20 PM

Justin Timberlake typically sound like a girl when he sings. :\

driftedaway 03-13-2008 01:34 AM

Justin got some good beats in his music so we gotta give him cred. plus he got away from nsync which helped his career

Friday 03-13-2008 09:10 AM

Justin Timberlake is slowly shadowing the career of George Michael. Probably unintentionally but the link is obvious. Both left boybands to pursue a more serious 'mature' image.
