Default The Boots Room

Once in a while i'll feature a couple of bootlegs from my collection.
If you want to 'investigate' them , feel free to PM me.

Black Sabbath : Asbury Park , New Jersey - 6th August 1975

Setlist

Killing Yourself To Live
Hole In The Sky
Snowblind
Symptom Of The Universe
War Pigs
Meglomania
Sabbra Cadabra
Guitar Solo / Drum Solo
Supernaut
Iron Man
Rock n Roll Doctor
Black Sabbath
Spiral Architect
Children Of The Grave
Paranoid

Notes : Excellent soundboard quality. Most Ozzy era Sabbath bootlegs i've come across are poor quality audience recordings so make the most of this one.

The Clash : Lyceum Theatre , London - 3rd January 1979

Setlist

Safe European Home
I Fought The Law
Jail Guitar Doors
Drug Stabbing Time
City Of The Dead
Clash City Rockers
Tommy Gun
(White Man) In Hammersmith Palais
Stay Free
Cheapskates
Julie's Been Working For The Drug Squad
Police & Thieves
Capital Radio
Janie Jones
Garageland
Complete Control
Londons Burning
White Riot

Notes: The Clash played 3 nights at the Lyceum that were filmed & segments were used in the movie Rude Boy , This is the audio of the final night. I Fought the Law and City of the Dead from this recording ended up on the From Here To Eternity live album.

I have so much stuff to get through, but I will come knocking for these two. 1975 for Sabbath. Just before the rot started setting in then!

I could always up an Ian Gillen era boot.

The indignity of hearing Smoke On The Water at a Sabbath gig
*shudder*

A bootleg is an unofficial recording of a band , usually live. The best ones are recorded straight from the sound mixing board. Some bootlegs have terrible sound quality, but the discerning fan will have only the best ones.
