SOAD is now a joke, there lyrics are still ok, the voice is still great... but there albums suck.. there first one or two was good tho.
but yes your right.. for having a few **** albums.. they don't belong on the worse list.
You don't agree with me.

To say Pearl Jams new album isn't near the best, would be a joke =P. Trust me. I've played it over 300 times the last two months. I also saw them on VH1 Storytellers kicking some ass. *bows to Eddie Vedder*

That's all a matter of opinion and musical taste.

No no sweetums.....new bands sound like Pearl Jam. I heard a fan complaining about how Pearl Jam still has the same style after 10 years. He should be slapped for complaining about that.

actaully I know many, many big Jam fans.. and they all think they've gone to hell with this new album..
I mean really they had a few singles.. meanful videos.. blah blah blah..
and then went back underground.. got away from all the mainstrem ****..
and then they come back to mainstrem.. only they fit in great this time..
I guess they got kicked out of there grave.

This time? If any of those fans don't like what they hear, they never were true fans to begin with. Pearl Jam has always been good, some stuff better than alot of their material. The new album can easily be compared to the first album, "Ten", which got them into the mainstream to begin with.

doesn't mean there not true fans.. you can still dislike things they've done. Just because your a big fan doesn't mean you have to like every single thing they do.
and yes ten got them to mainstrem highs.. but they got out of the picture fast.. like I already said..
its really not hard to tell your a newb.. hmm.. stop this now please.. haha

To add a little more, the mainstream today is..polluted. To define a band being good just because they're in the mainstream, isn't wise. If you want to stay in the mainstream, copy every other band you know of. If you want to be unique, also like Pearl Jam, you aren't going to be in the mainstream your entire career.
