I love Frankie Valli...seriously.
He's one of the few white singers that can sing soul with real feeling.
His, 'The Night' with the Four Seaons was a massive favourite with Northern Soul fans during the Wigan Casino years, along with 'You're Ready Now'.

90125 was the first YES album I heard and I still love it. What a culture shock it was when I heard their early stuff-which I like too. I do need to get more of their stuff. I only have CLOSE TO THE EDGE and TORMATO from their 70's output.

Tormato is one of their weakest albums. In fact the band nearly broke up because of it, and it's the reason Jon Anderson and Rick Wakeman left Yes only shortly after it's release. There are some strong tracks, my favorites are Onward, On The Silent Wings Of Freedom and Release, Release.

Don't Kill The Whale and Arriving UFO aren't bad songs, but they suffer from horrible lyrics and some of the cheesiest synthesizers ever put on record. The best thing about the whole album is Chris Squires phenomenal bass playing.

90125 is a good pop album. Also the last good album they did until Magnification.

I'm supposed to upload some stuff for that MDHTV guy, which I haven't gotten down to doing yet. When I do I'll send the rest of Yes's 70s stuff to you.

anything off of rooney's first album

hot chips - over and over

the blow - parenthesis

pretty much anything i like that is considered pop, not that i dont consider pop music... i just consider it to have an even worse crap/good ratio of artist than rap.

Whats wrong with pop music? Theres a lot of crappy pop, but a lot of great pop too. Pop music is catchy music, and whats wrong with that?

I like a lot of pop. The Beach Boys, Michael Jackson, Fleetwood Mac, Queen, Todd Rundgren, Elton John, Van Halen, The Smiths, Big Star, Cheap Trick, The Police and of course The Beatles.
