As that album is a total pile of shit I would say it probably was.

Because it's got decent singles on it and you can listen to it without cringing?

Honestly, Urban, I think you've got hatred for some albums just because other people like them. Sure, it was nothing compared to Siamese Dream, but if you're gonna compare everything Billy Corgan did after that it's gonna come up short.
