All the girls at my school listen to either:

A) Mainstream pop-punk
B) Hop topic metal
C) Stuff like the Devil Wears Prada. ie, crap.
D) All three of those. These are the ones who say they listen to "everything".

Masturbation ftw

you cant meet them in a musical setting?

not a bar but like one w/o alcohol

a club maybe where local talent has a chnace to perform and local fans could enjoy the show and connect w/ others with like tastes

we had teen clubs but they were strictly top 40

Hm but i'm guessing you of the male variety? Should of made clear he meant you'll never find a woman.
And yeah, both are uber good.

While his taste and tact blatantly suck, so do the Arctic Monkeys.

Im still missing a Modern Lovers album I lent to an ex-girlfriend...

There is a bright side to a girlfriend having shitty music taste.

Arctic Monkeys are no worse than the usual trollop I hear on the radio. Actually, they're a LOT better, and considering how young Alex Turner is, he's really shaping up to be a great songwriter.

"No worse than" =/= anything close to good except in a purely comparitive sense.

I dont like the Arctic Monkeys, but "Flourescent Adolescent" is a really well written song, IMO.

I never noticed it until I heard the Kate Nash version though, cos she puts the much needed spunk into it.
