Bob Dylan so high? I mean, I love his music but in no way was he a good singer.

Unless they mean "greatest" as in most legendary or influential or something.

I can't say I'm surprised though, considering their other lists.

Fanboyism aside I think he is a fantastic vocalist. Listen to "How to Disappear Completely" and tell me that isn't vocally stunning.
