I don't think it counts as offensive if the song is being sarcastic to make what is actually a compassionate point.

My parents would it find it offensive, because they take it literally...like I doubt rappers promote violence and prostitutes and sh.t like that but you still might find it offensive. DK also does a song 'I Kill Children'. Not as good as 'Kill The Poor' though.

"Kill the Poor" isn't even like that though, it's direct satire. He's making fun of Reaganomics and the callous attitude American conservatives had toward poverty back in the 80s.
