Ludo - In Space
Not really my thing I'm afraid.

AFI - Charles Atlas
Just about all my flatmates are really into these guys. They're not exactly my style, but this is a decent enough tune.

Gorrilaz - Every Planet We Reach Is Dead
Demon Days is a top album - great track.

Finch - Grey Matter
Again, not really my thing.

Coheed and Cambria - The Crowing
I wasn't really feeling this one either.

David Bowie- Life On Mars
My fav Bowie Song

Buzzcocks- Real World
My fav pop punk band, I hadnt heard this one before but I'll definitely be looking more into this band.

Black Uhuru- Sinsemilla (live)
Pretty cool reggae track, I think i'll look up the studio version.

Radio Birdman- Anglo Girl Desire
I really liked this one, I didnt even know Australia had punk in the 70's.

Stone Roses- Made of Stone
I love the Roses, my favorite band of the Madchester scene, and a classic number, great ****ing album, whish I could say the same about 2nd Coming.

Overrall, I really liked what I heard.

If It Ain't Ruff - N.W.A.
Not bad, I've been meaning to listen to them. I'll have to get more.

Married With Children - Oasis
Meh, don't really care for Oasis. D:

This Boy - Franz Ferdinand
Kinda liked this. I've been meaning to listen to Franz Ferdinand more, too.

Andy, You're a Star - The Killers
I like this song loooots. I haven't heard it for a while.

All Apologies - Nirvana
It's alright, one of the only Nirvana songs I ever cared to listen to.

I am a shattered man. Has The Saints been sadly confined to the dustbin of Punk history?

Radio Birdman made a great mark on Australian music but The Saints were forerunners. They deserve to be mentioned in the history of the genre. They were playing fast driven 3 chord thrash and claimed the influence of the MC5 and the Stooges as early as 1974. They put out a single, (I'm) Stranded, independently in 1976, long before some of their contemporaries. There has even been a TV doco here about (I'm) Stranded. Geldof said they were an influence.
Perhaps a history and a few album reviews are in order in the journal.

Sorry to go off topic.

Couldn't find 4ZZZ's so,
tightlyundone's library:

Organized Konfusion - Stray Bullet

Looks like I picked the right person. Some tight underground hip-hop, this is Pharoahe Monche's original group, been meaning to cop some of his stuff. Track is ****ed

Of Montreal - She's A Rejector

Only have the genius Sunlandic Twins, this is what you want from your Elephant 6 really. Electronics are more prevalent but well-used by this band.

Dean Martin - Dream

It gets better. Rat-Pack crooner, this is pure. Nice and hissy. Scott Walker follower here so it's always good to trace it back and get some education.

Michael Jackson - Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'

YES. One of my favourite songs from one of my favourite pop landmarks. Ace. 'You're a vegetabllllle....'

Japan - In Vogue

A glammy synth group I never got around to, this song was so-so, but I know they have much better songs. Unfortunately was unable to hear the lyrics =/

Weapon of Choice-Black Rebel motorcycle club

You get what you deserve-The Siddeleys
Loved this, I'm definatley checking them out.

All Alone-Gorillaz
Always been ne of my favorite Gorillaz songs.

To Be Free-July
Another great band I haven't heard of, might have to look into them.

Metal Mothers-Guided By Voices
It was okay.

Their next two albums are better (Gentlemen Take Polaroids and Tin Drum). I think they had some growing pains on that album (Quiet Life).

Good Clean Fun - My Best Friends
Meh, a lot of this stuff all sounds familiar and not in a good way.

Silver Jew - Smith & Jones Forever
This was ok, needed something to make it stand out a bit.

Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit
An ok-ish song but not as good as a lot of people made it out to be back in the day. I usually skip this if I ever play Nevermind.

Lupe Fiasco - Kick, Push
Again, this was ok, the production was good and I like the backing track.

The Cure - Wendy Time
Not the best Cure track, but Cure nonetheless. Pretty good, best track out of the five I listened to.

Edit: Afterwards I skipped through some tracks and there are some good stuff i there
