That does raise a question though, if some music sends you to sleep is that a good thing?

I don't mind if they do at all. If they turn it off and beat the PC with a umbrella then i have ****ed up lol

Laid To Rest is of my favourite metal tunes but i've found i can never really cope with a full album. New American Gospel isn't too bad.

I used to listen to Nobou Uematsu's final fantasy OSTs and classical music to get to sleep, usually Strauss or Beethoven (his first few symphonies are brilliant to fall asleep to + piano recordings)

Well i really enjoyed it, and i didn't fall to sleep till after the John Martyn track so it kept my attention for a while!
