It's pretty much understood that God hates Christian music. The message is good, but the music terrible. (Although "Butterfly Kisses" is a nice little song)

I do play Christian songs, but I play them like they should be played, in other words where Christianity began. Middle Eastern type stuff applied to old hymns.

ok, name the horrible songs. i know songs i don't like personally but i wouldn't consider them horrible

I'm not even kidding about "Butterfly Kisses". I'm a down and dirty blues man and I still sing that song ALL the time.

I went to this Christian rock band concert and they only played power chords
The Chris Orr Band (they might only be local though)

These are probably the songs you don't like either but I haven't really listened to enough of the genre to list more "underground" songs.

I'm just a "walking the pews" boogie woogie man when it comes to Christian music. Try listening to Elvis's "Run On".
