i dont listen to much rap at all
but ill go with 2pac i suppose as the best
but my fav is ice T cuz hes fuking heavy
check him out here about 1:30 in to it if you can handle it

I don't believe in a BEST rapper. There's not one rapper that outshines all the rest.

I really love Ghostface Killah. He can be strange in his lyrics and often in his rhyme scheme (not like Biggie there, but still different), but he always maintains his cool gangster swaggerrrrrrr. And he can tell a good gangsta story. There was something else too but i forget.
