To anyone old enough to remember when this video came out... what the **** is this and is that an actual dead peacock on Steven Tyler's head?

And this might just be the worst Aerosmith song that's actually popular. I only got through the whole six minutes cause I couldn't stop watching the video. At one point I think Steven Tyler explicitly endorses unprotected teenage sex, and I just died.
