I was going to spin Jimmy Cauty's Space (KLF Communications SPACE LP 1), but this is my birthday eve... I have the house to myself... and the mood calls for something a little bolder.

Now spinning: This is Not What Space is About, limited edition Recovered & Remastered X-NINE - an epic 2-disc expanded exploration of Cauty's ambient vision.

Greetings, fellow travelers. It's a beautiful night.

Well I guess I'm a Kate Bush fan now.

Is this your first time listening to this album? I listened to it last night for the first time and was surprised by how good it was.

As an album, I first heard it a couple of days ago when Janzs was asking for Bush recommendations. I'm pretty sure that I'd checked out songs from the album when I initially checked her out and I've definitely tried Cloudbusting before.

Tell him to check out "Vaseline". Reminds me of Nirvana.

Better late than never

Off that album, I especially love the songs Mother Stands for Comfort, And Dream of SHeep and Under Ice.
