I love how this song starts with drum sticks rapping together like it's about to go all out but instead leads into a languid but thick and brash country pop groove that makes me feel like sauntering down an LA street in sunglasses and a leather jacket over a Hawaiian shirt. The Virginian is a desert island country record no doubt.
