Big fan though I am of Vangelis, I have to admit some of his albums suck, like this one. This beautifully understated piano track, however, does not.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

It's not without its charm.
I don't particularly like his movie soundtracks. I prefer albums like Direct, Oceanic, Heaven and Hell (yes I know it was the theme for Cosmos!), Spiral, Masks, China, The City... I'm not even all that fond of the Blade Runner ost. Sorry.

I don't know about the whole soundtrack album, but surely everybody loves that opening music, with the guys running along the beach.
Sometimes Vangelis gets it just right, but I usually get impatient with his slow, borin...sorry, TH, I mean his "beautifully understated" tracks.

Do you know the expression, "Go on! Give it some welly!" ? That's what I usually find myself telling Vangelis - which is why I'm listening to Stereolab instead these days:-
