In the mid-70s, I was driving cross-country and listening, loudly, to one of the Glass Chatham Square recordings that I recorded to cassette and
got pulled over for speeding near Joplin, MO. I kinda got taken in by its insistent, propulsive, repetitions and completely lost track of how fast I was driving.
