I'm at the very end of the last track of Goldmund's 'The Malady of Elegance'. I like having music around that I feel achieves a specific purpose or setting. It's like, you know, if I'm in that situation, and the demand exists for something to be inserted into it, I won't be caught unprepared.

Just checked out "Evelyn" and it really, seriously, set my mind at peace. It's the right sound for this time.

Buzzov*en - Junkie

Great sludge band. Song is melodically raw.

The National - Fake Empire - YouTube

...and my washing machine which apparently is trying to escape from my apartment. But I suppose it's not counted as music, so The National it is. If I could marry Berninger's voice, I would.

Today has been Metallica day... been listening to all their albums in chronological order.

Still to go St. Anger & Death Magnetic, but it has been an enjoyable day!

I wish I had a deck that I could sit on and chill out with a beer and a joint to this song. Of course, it's raining it's ass off today, but whatever.
