I take it the 6th track "That Sound" is the reason this isn't a 10/10?

I did but I got swamped with video editing work today so I wasn't able to give it much of a listen, and when I did it was more background music than anything else. Tomorrow looks like it's just data entry though so I'll need music to stop me from putting a gun between my teeth.

Also what I meant by my post above yours was "the song 'That Sound' was pretty ****ty huh, that's why it's not a 10/10". I hate the person he got to do the guest vocals in the song for purely selfish reasons.

Antonio was kind enough to send me Gretchen Goes to Nebraska by King's X. This wasn't the first time I had ever heard King's X before, a friend of mine tried very hard to get me into them back in 11th grade to no avail. Their music doesn't do that much for me, however I do like listening to it and then listening to other acts that came out after them and hearing the influence that they had on them, that is always fun. Sorry man, but it's not like you could've known and I have to applaud you for the speed in which you sent me the album.

If people aren't getting their albums then send your partner a PM and tell them to get on it. If you don't hear back from them in a day then tell me and I'll get on their case and if we still don't get anywhere then I'll just give you an album and the person who failed to deliver will be barred from partaking in this for a week.

Pete's getting pretty cut thoat over here people. WATCH OUT!!!

Rage sent me Dananananaykroyd - Hey Everyone

This album is the second frantic genre jumping album in a row I have gotten from this thread, which leaves me saying... WTF people?

In other news, this album was MUCH more pleasing than the last one. Very listenable and enjoyable in a fun comic sense. You get the comic feel from the album, like these guys are just being funny. Yet the album takes clips from several different genres and smlops them all together to make 'music' it's not just incoherent noise, it actually makes sense and was very enjoyable in that sense as well. (yes, the word smlop just appeared in that sentence.' Also, the anticipation of what was coming next was great as well. Good album, with not much relisten value though. 7/10.

Oh fuck. I think I accidentally sent you a fake mashup version of the album that leaked a few weeks before the real one dropped.

If Pink Sabbath didn't sound like this, and was a spastic bastardization of Sweet Leaf by Black Sabbath, expect another PM shortly with the real one.

Well sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeit.

The mashup one is hilarious though. I confused the hell out of me when I downloaded it by accident.

It was... interesting. Is the whole album different or just that one song?
