Bands you missed seeing live

Pantera. They hit their peak, crashed and burned before I got out of high school. And they never came close enough to my home town for me to go see them while I was in high school. I saw Down when I was 15 or 16, which was fuckin' great. And then a year after I got out of school, Dimebag got shot. Fuck.

This was some years back now... I think I was maybe 14 or 15 and I had never heard of Leftover Crack. A friend of a friend asked us if we wanted to go, and I didn't. Sad now that Choking Victim is one of my favorite bands and Leftover Crack's up there.

I remember Destructo Swarmbots came here once a couple years ago and I almost went but had never heard of the band headlining so I didn't go. Turns out Dalek's one of my favorite bands

And of course, I'm still pissed about not getting to go to Lollapalooza because of my broken neck.

Yeah whenever they came here in July I wasn't to into them either but now that Choking Victim is also one of my favorites I would have definitely gone. Me and a friend where gonna go but he had to go somewhere for the 4th of July, I probably would have gone by myself if I liked them back then as much as I do now.

I had tickets to see a sold out justice concert in Toronto. There were also like 5 other amazing DJ sets. But then my ride fell through. I was sooo pissed!

I missed Jethro tull last year.
I only heard of them after a week of the concert. Not the first time this happened also.

Personally, I've had about 4 concerts in the past year I could have gone to.

All That Remains and Bullet for My Valentine at Starland Ballroom, Sayreville, NJ. No ride.
Five Finger Death Punch at the House of Blues, Atlantic City, NJ. Wasn't told about it until the day of. Mom, her BF, and 2 of their friends go.
Lamb of God, Job For A Cowboy, and some other band, also at the House of Blues. Same deal as above.
Shinedown and Puddle of Mudd, again, at the House of Blues. Knew about this concert for months, found out it was 18+ the day before.

After all that happened, nothing better screw up Mayhem Festival this summer!

Oh god I hate that so much. I've missed so many shows due to age restrictions. I'm sure I would like age restrictions as an adult, but right now it can go to hell.
