Default Daniel Martin Moore = new Nick Drack?

Today I heard a studio interview with Daniel Martin Moore on US's National Public Radio. He's a singer-songwriter--folk, acoustic guitar (also plays piano)--and was compared to Nick Drack "but a little more bluesy." I don't know about the Nick Drake comparison, but he's pretty good. I like his simplicity, soothing voice, and mellow style. Wondering if others have heard about him and what you think.
