I just asked a bunch of my friends and they knew. People with the worst taste you can imagine.

Kraftwerk is definitely not obscure. I just found it funny that they didn't know who they were. I really hope their musical tastes improve next year.

Both are great. I can't say I could choose one over the other.

I own far more stuff by Devo than I do by Kraftwork. The brilliance of early Devo was their gimmicky image and singing about great stuff like vegetables etc. As opposed to the more serious and minimalist outlook of Kraftwork.

Most people I know hold Kraftwork in higher esteem, but then again most of these people don`t know music that well.
