I love listening to unsigned bands.
I love going to see them live, because the gigs are a lot more intimate, and they havent got any fame to their heads yet, so they talk to you like one and the same. Some of my favourite bands are actually still unsigned. And people who say would never listen to unsigned bands, thats just stupid. Some of your favourite bands would have been unsigned at some point, so if they came out now you wouldnt listen to them, just because they werent' signed? But yeah ... my point ... i like unsigned bands (: |

I prefer to listen unsigned and new music why would i waste my time listening to top 40's music cause I'm not a robot..

I don't care if it's signed or not if it's "good" ... "good" being an entirely subjective qualifier based on my mood, environment, and prior experience.
If a band is "signed" or at least making plenty of cash, I feel better about copying their CD or downloading their album. If a band is still working hard to scrape by, I tend to buy the album (on a record if at all possible). But there's a good amount of garbage in both the "signed" and "unsigned" sets. I listen to music that is "tuned in". |
