Oh dear... Sorry but i would not listen to any of those bands, just not my cup of tea. American mainstream rock is as attractive to me as christianity.

The Swell Season - Back Broke
Teenage Fanclub - Discolite
Stiff Little Fingers - Nobody's Hero
My Vitriol - Windows and Walls
Misfits - Attitude
Siouxsie and the Banshees - Slowdive
Girls - Laura
The Cure - A Letter To Elise
Descendents - Kabuki Girl
Sabbat - The Clerical Conspiracy

One of my favourite SLF tunes.

I'm really not big on any of those, or classic rock in general. Sorry (although I have respect for each one of those artists except the Black Crowes and Guns n' Roses.)
@zero, love The Swell Season and Girls, not familiar with the others.

The Hold Steady- Sketchy Metal
Oh No Ono- Icicles
The Mountain Goats- Matthew 25:21
John Reuben- Focus
Q and Not U- Hooray For Humans
Soy Un Caballo- Robin
The Voyeurs- Things People Say
Jellybean!- Someone Loved (Weepies Cover)
Camera Obscura- Let's Get Out Of This Country
Tegan and Sara- Light Up

Third straight shuffle with Tegan and Sara, third straight awesome song by them, easy favorite.

2. The Upper Crust - Vulgar Tongue
3. Bob Dylan - Lily, Rosemary & The Jack of Hearts
4. Jackie Greene - Like a Ball & Chain
5. The Old 97's - Here's to the Halcyon
6. Wilco - Casino Queen
7. Tom Waits - Union Square

Edited cos I got beaten to it. But also a lot of things I like--a great Bob Dylan track, The Beatles, Old 97's, etc.

Today's entry:

Andrew Jackson Jihad - People
Stuart Davis - Nothing Between
Superchunk - Cast Iron
Nurse With Wound - Darkness Fish
Foot Ox - I Am
Tower of Power - So Very Hard to Go
Frank Sinatra - Angel Eyes
Chris Whitley - Scrapyard Lullaby
Pete Yorn - Sleep Better
Mark Hollis - The Daily Planet

Foot Ox wins this one, although AJJ and Chris Whitley give Teague a run for his money.

Love that AJJ track, Frank Sinatra is always awesome, and the rest I don't know.

Animal Collective- Leaf House
The Lonely Island- Santana DVX (feat E.40)
Boogdish- Caveman
Lou Barlow- The Right
Tegan and Sara- Goodbye
Evil Robot Us'- Yer Parents Still Tie Yer Laces...
The Hold Steady- Hot Soft Light
Bishop Allen- The Monitor
The Mountain Goats- Azo Tle Nelli In Tlalticpac
Madeline Ava- Eyelashes

Wow...my top 3 favorite bands all in the same shuffle... nice.

I've honestly not heard of any of them. But my opinion doesn't matter, you like them, that's what matters.

1. RHCP - Love Trilogy
2. Porno for Pyros - Orgasm
3. Funkadelic- America Eats Its Young
4. RHCP - Suck My Kiss
5. Ozzy Osbourne - You Can't Kill Rock & Roll
6. John Lee Hooker - I need Some Money
7. Led Zeppelin - How Many More Times
8. Tool - Lateralus
9. Pink Floyd - Free Four
10. Deep Purple - Bloodsucker

You expect me to choose a favorite...? Just one?

I'm down with Aerosmith (since Critical Mass is from '77, it gets a pass), Blind Melon, and Pearl Jam...and I like Danzig when I was like 13 and didn't know anybetter...but I HATE Korn. They annoy the dogslobber outta me.

Love the sig; prolly my gave 'Smith tune...their first two records are criminally overlooked.

Johnny Cash - Hey Porter - (Essential Johnny Cash)
Right On Time - Red Hot Chili Peppers (Hyde Park '04)
My Funny Valentine - Miles Davis - (Love Songs)
Running Away - Bob Marley - (Songs of Freedom)
Organ Grinder - Marilyn Manson - (Portrait of an American Family)
Rip This Joint - Rolling Stones - (Exile On Main St.)
Around the Bend - Pearl Jam - (Benaroya Hall)
Old Enough - Raconteurs- (Morning Becomes Eclectic)
Hate To Feel - Alice In Chians - (Music Bank)
The Chokin' Kind - Waylon Jennings (RCA Country Legends)

Johnny Cash, Chili Peppers, and Alice In Chains are all good, but I can't stand Manson.

Tool - Jambi
Kiss - Keep Me Comin
Disturbed - Facade
NoFX - Leaving Jesusland
Dethklok - Go Into The Water
Hatebreed - We Still Fight
Overkill - Bring Me The Night
Drowning Pool - No More
Otep - Warhead
Powerman 5000 - Supernova Goes Pop
