I have two, one old 8gb Nano that I don't really use anymore, and one even older 60gb iPod video that I use now. I'll probably sell the 8gb but the 60gb I'll be keeping for a long time

I have three MP3 players. My first MP3 player is a 2GB ILO that I got back in 2007 but it's broken now. My second MP3 player is a 2GB Sylvania that I got in 2008 but I'm thinking about getting rid of that since I don't like it too much. My third MP3 player is a 2GB Magnavox that I got this year and I only use it for my collection of 80's music. Other than MP3 players, I also have an old Sony compact CD player that I've had since 1996 and it still works great.

My first mp3 player was a 512mb itronics which i got in 2004. The sound reproduction was piss poor and i could only fit about 7 albums on it. My current is an 80G ipod classic which i've had for the past 2 years.

A Sony Walkman phone with an 8gb card which does me fine. If I had anything bigger I would be constantly shuffling and not finding anything to listen to! I did replace the earphones with a more expensive pair though as the ones they provided with the phone lacked in many departments.

My main Ipod is a 16 gig touch that's maxed out and has had a loose headphone jack for the last 2 months only allowing me to listen through one ear. I've also got a 3rd generation (I think?) nano that I don't use anymore, a shuffle that use on occasion and an old Ipod mini that holds 2 gig lying around somewhere.

It's a pain in the ass having to sync my ipod and put on the certain songs I want all the time so I'm most likely going to get an Ipod Classi for my birthday.

I do it every day...it's part of the hobby/addiction. ;) But that's not to say I wouldn't mind something bigger with everything accessible...I just fear indecision with too many choices. I shuffle a lot when I'm at home in front of about 200GB as a result. Especially on weekends. But there are benefits to shuffling on occasion.

I've just got the one (120GB iPod classic).

It's pretty much full capacity at the minute though, so it's got to the stage where I have to delete an album to put a new one on. It's not the best situation but I do have a lot of junk on there that could do with culling, so I guess it's healthy as well. It does put a ceiling on my music collection though, and I think in an ideal world I'd have endless space.. roll on the days where terabytes of storage aren't so damaging to pocket!

I had a two gig shuffle which broke down quickly. Now I use the one gig space on my phone for music.
I'm saving up for an iPod classic though, I'm tired of only being able to fit a gig at a time on my phone.

Even with so much space on the Ipod I can still make playlists in which I can choose how many songs I want to be able to shuffle.
