Default Favorite Acoustic Version?

What's your favorite acoustic version of a song? Maybe post a link to it too.

I'm gonna throw this one out there, right off the bat: "Everlong" by the Foo Fighters. I'm not sure if I have an absolute favorite, but this one's definitely up there.

Everlong (Acoustic)

I kind of like Nirvana's unplugged stuff. The best I have heard is a Live Acoustic of Fade To Black by Metallica.

As overrated as it is compared to their other work, the Nirvana Unplugged stuff is really good. I actually really like a song by Dave Grohl called Marogold, it was released in solo acoustic and full rock instrumentation but I think the acoustic one is beautiful.

Other than that, I really love when Neil Young performs Long May You Run acoustic.

I love A Perfect Circle's Acoustica album. Very different and interesting takes on a lot of their songs.

Such Great Heights originally by The Postal Service. Covered acoustically by Iron & Wine.

Default Lady gaGa

I dunno if this counts, but anything that Lady GaGa performs acoustically Vs. her regular versions of songs are waaaaaaay better, and I really like them

i know it's not quite what this thread is about but acoustic instruments are acoustic instruments and not just guitars and when an ensemble like 'alarm will sound' covers someone like aphex twin it's impressive as hell.

I really like the two acoustic demos of Ziggy and Lady Stardust that I somehow aquired when I got my copy of The Rise and Fall Of Ziggy Stardust. It really exemplifies Bowie's voice and it's a lot more emotional than the album versions.

I'm not really an acoustic guy so there weren't very many songs that came to mind initially, but here is an Alkaline Trio song I have been digging in acoustic form lately:

Bassist (and vocalist for this song) Dan Andriano is a really underrated musician IMO...
