I refuse to like most emo bands, I just hate the sound.

I refuse to listen to... Um. Led Zeppelin? Guns 'N' Roses... Uh. Creed. My Chemical Romance, the Used. Nickelback. That about covers it.

Moby used to be in a hardcore punk band. I find that quite amusing, i'm not sure why though.

I refuse to like the artists that incorporate whiny vocals. Smashing Pumpkins excluded, though Billy as a single entity is not excluded. Stupid solo career, what kind of opium gave him that idea...

But yes, whiny twangy vocals, the likes of Blink 182 and such. Just awful, the art of singing comes from the diaphram not a blocked nose.

I like most bands, including most of the artists Urban mentioned in the first post, No love for Depeche Mode? =(...Bands i do hate though, are bands who rehash a old sound without adding anything new into the equation, in other words bands who make a lot of money from ripping off one band in paticular, mostly bands who werent very good to begin with, and these retro bands are even worse...Examples.

Interpol (Joy Division)
Electric Six (Devo?...Some crappy band from the 80s)
