What a shit list. A lot of people on here think Silversun pick ups are underrated.

And there are a lot of Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana and Radiohead fans on here.

Damn it people, why are you posting awesome bands that no one in their right mind should hate?

There is plenty of love for Nirvana, Radiohead, and Smashing Pumpkins...even Green Day is well liked even on here, as we have just seen. Silversun Pickups have been gaining a bit of popularity.

We can do better than this.

Okay I can understand U2 after Achtung, but even Zooropa was good.

I will admit, everything after Ixnay kinda sucked,(except for Conspiracy) but Ignition and Smash and even Ixnay are great albums.

Keane should be hated. One of my most hated bands.

RATM split people right down the middle and no one seems to listen to Prodigy anymore claiming they do the same old thing..so what? They blow a lot of metal bands out of the water with their intensity. They even survived a tour with Metallica recently and were one of the very few bands not to be bottled off at their gigs (metalheads can be dumb narrow minded bastards).

I've only ever seen RATM love on here, never seen them really hated. Just people moaning that Morello ripped off a riff here or there, just weak complaining more than anything. Other than that I've only ever noticed love, amongst friends as well, even if they don't like Metal, they like RATM.

Prodigy are all right, they're probably just another one of them bands that aren't relevant anymore. A 90s band just making records for the hell of it, saying that I bet they put on a wicked live show.

I tried. :( What about Jimmy Eat World, they seem pretty hated around here. I even like their new stuff.

Rage Against The Machine, Underoath, and Muse.

Jimmy Eat World are terrible, so I'll give you that one. :thumb:

Muse are respected on here and with the critics, especially for their older stuff. :confused:

Nah, they definitely get slagged a lot on here. A lot of members like them, but I wouldn't call them "respected". They're by no means a sacred cow.

I've found so much respect for them on here. Not for their last effort, people get a bit pissed off at the airplay one of the songs got. It just became annoying, and it was a poor album. Absolution and Origin.. I've only ever seen respect for them on here, and rightfully so.

I don't get the respect for Absolution but not Black Holes. In my eyes, BHAR is just Absolution on steroids. A much more solid, well-made album.

I never liked Absolution.

I like all 3 a lot. Don't like their first much or their last. But I agree BHAR is a really solid album.

Actually wasn't trying to be controversial, and wasn't just referring to hate/dislike on this forum. Just in my experiences on various forums and real life. I just couldn't think of others I really like that seem to get unanimous hate.

I agree. Im a bit surprised that this could go unnoticed. MUSE get a lot of crap here.

Good call on ELO. I should add them to my list. Jeff Lynne really is one of the most underated songwriters. I'm also quite fond of Roy Wood's old band The Move.

But where is this BJH hate coming from? Not many people have heard of them. They have more in common with The Moody Blues and Procol Harum than anything so they're not to be confused with the more raucous prog bands. I like them but they're not one of my favorites, a bit too sedated for me.

I didn't know they were hated. I like them a lot and I usually can't stand ranting feminists.
