A song that wasn't about the end of the world. Think positive, people!
Actually, I'd listen to this. Which admittedly isn't too positive.

EVER.

Yes I know there are a ton of great songs out there but if you had to choose one for this occasion.

What song would you choose?
The Creatures—"Killing Time". I think a little bit of melancholy coolness is how I'd like to go out.

For me it'd have to be an album.

If not.. this song. From that album.

If the moon fell to Earth and the seas rose up to swallow us, I think I would like to drown with this echoing from the vinyl player upstairs.

I would have always thought the world ending in itself would be kind of stressful, but this thread reminded me that if that were to happen I actually would have to pick a final song to listen to. God damn, that would cause me more stress than the actual world ending part.

It would all really depend on my exact mood at the time, but I think I would want something to calm me down so I would go with this:

Good choice. I think I would definitely want something instrumental and relaxing (even if slightly epic at the same time) so I can could just sit there and let my mind think for itself for one last time.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.
