Pete Shelley of the Buzzcocks is bisexual.
Darby Crash of the Germs was supposedly gay.
And I'm pretty sure the Big Boys and MDC had gay members.

If we're accepting bi musicians then definitely Ani Difranco. It's fun listening to her albums in chronological order because you track her moods from over the years, know when she was dating women at the time, that sort of thing.
