Well, I worked at a local radio station and basically left because even my suggested "Alternative to Alternative Radio Show" was basically too much change for the listener.

That was expected to be honest, but it is a shame that certain artists will never reach a larger audience, and it is a bigger shame that that larger audience would disregard it any way.

I'm not so much bothered by popular music itself, but I have an intense loathing for people that worship pop artists and treat them as untouchable gods. I do get annoyed when I hear Linkin Park right after A Jesus and Mary Chain song, that day I went on about how much I hated radio stations. Lately, everything I hate about music comes back to the fans. They sometimes make me want to put a bullet in the brain because I can't even enjoy my favorite thing in the world without people bitching and moaning about justin bieber or lady gaga.

Send me a handwritten list of 10 things you like about Britney, documentation that you're STD free, and swear you'll bring lube.

Um you forgot Britney. I am so not letting you touch my dick.

I just want to say that Rhianna can hit maybe 5 notes and she hits then through her nose but her nose is totally perfect and I would totally pay for one just like it.
Also, bitch needs a mo****ing stylist. She always look a damn mess.

Fuck, you owned in that post. Blackout is the best pop album of the past two decades - in reference to mainstream radio pop.

I go to clubs to dance my mother effing ass off, so if naughty and badly written popular music is pumping, I'm going to dance to it. Most of the time I'm to drunk to care. I hardly ever go to clubs now though. I mainly go for places that are playing drum and bass, dupstep or I go to local Indie and Rock gigs.

If I am drunk I am quite indifferent to most pop music when I am actively listening to it (dancing and whatnot). When I am sober I usually just put the pop songs I don't like into he background of my mind. Sometimes though I find I get really annoying pop songs stuck into my head from prior days of being drunk which isn't all that enjoyable. Music doesn't usually bug me but **** I hate that moves like Jagger song Oh my god.
