Lots of bands fuse together many different styles of music. One of the batter examples that I can think of is Mr. Bungle. All three of their studio albums are extremely diverse that use jazz, classical, ska, rock, doowop, metal, bebop, and is tied together by an overall avant-garde style. Here's a few of their songs:

Love is a Fist (Mr. Bungle)

The Bends (Disco Volante)

The Air Conditioned Nightmare (California)

There's also John Zorn's work that also does some insane genre fusing. Take Spillane for example, it's got it all!

That's all that immediately comes to mind for me, and it really depends on whether or not you're talking about albums with songs that utilize several genres within each song or album or over their discography.

What about our man Neil Hannon, aka the Divine Comedy? Examples of the different styles he can turn out:
I'm not great at genres/sub-genres, but I'll give it a go:
Folky/acoustic pop

Fast, angry indie/rock?

Um... chamber pop?

Sort of 40s/50s swing?

Derek trucks band: Styles consists of blues, southern rock, jazz, rhythm and blues, and Hindustani classical music with afro-beat and a fusion of world music.

One of my favorite multi-genre albums would be van morrisons "astral weeks." It a great album that blends folk, blues, jazz, classical and a little bluegrass. Also includes some great lyrical work from Morrison.

angry raw rock

alt rock? adult contemporary? no idea but it sounds very different

gloomy chamber

Love all her albums (except for the last one perhaps)

He's great. he wrote the father ted theme for feck sake!

Surprised at the lack of Buckethead in this thread. Probably the most musically diverse artist I know.
