I would tend to say USA. I honestly can not think of a lot of Canadian acts right now. The only one that I am thinking of is Justin Bieber and that is not saying a lot.

But the more underground stuff is so good! I'm on campus radio and I have to know about every good canadian act out there to stock a playbox.
