Canada and USA is no comparison. USA music is much better than Canadian music. Most Canadian artists get success they come to America and have some great music made for Americans than Canadians. Heck look at Celine Dion, Shania Twain, and even Justin Bieber. Canadian music would not exist if American music have not made the progress that it has made.

You're listening to the wrong Canadian artists, anyways. And yeah, most pop musicians around the world are influenced by American music, not just Canadian musicians. It's always been that way and will always continue to be that way. However, there are a lot of Canadian artists who are very famous here but completely unknown in the US, which is a total shame.

Yes but most Canadian musicians more influenced than other musicians other than British people. I mean the ones who are get their music from American music are Canadian musicians and British musicians. Plus music now is get all westernized which is horrible.
