Best free music sites? Spotify, Tchoon?

Hi guys, I'm trying to find out which is the best sites to listen to music for free, if you guys can tell me some that would be great. I know spotify is only free for a limited use and then you have to pay, Tchoon.com is a free music video one but sadly doesn't work on my IE10.

If I remember correctly, Spotify is free to use, but you will have to listen to ads between some songs. I don't think that it's limited use. You could try Pandora, but you can only listen to the songs it picks for you. I've heard of people using Last.fm, but I've never used that, so I have no idea if it's free or not.
