I think Soul Flower forgets that there are other popular artists out there that are creative and talented other than the so called "bad" artists she constantly repeats herself about.

I don't remember exactly the year but there was a time where i hated mainstream Rock cause the popular bands were Creed, 3 doors down, Puddle of mud, Papa roach, just awful bands all around playing either bad nu metal or grunge.

And the alternative to that was pop punk made by New found glory or Simple plan or god forbid Yellow card.

like i said, i don't remember when those band were popular but i think it was around the late 90's and early 2000.
I think that's the only period i truly hated mainstream music.
