ELO Don't Bring Me Down live

There is a recording of ELO doing "Don't Bring Me Down" live, that starts off with someone saying "Everybody put your hands in the air!". Does anyone have it?? I've been searching for years. I'm looking because {looooong story} I pulled into a rest stop and thought I had the radio down until I heard this and thought it was a terrorist attack! It was a funny thing that became a funny story, and I'd just like to back it up with proof! I KNOW it exists....
