Oh boy The Glow Pt.2 is up next. My prediction is that TH will like it, but not love it on first listen; it's one of those album you need to hear multiple times.

If it requires more than one listen to appreciate then TH never will. He has a strict schedule to stick to, and listening to an album more than once will throw a monkey wrench in the whole system.

Listen to this man. He knows whereof he speaks. In this thread, ya gets one chance and one chance only, then I'm movin' on. Like in that song.

I feel like we could be an old, married couple who act like they hate each other, but deep down they understand the other to an extent that their mutual contempt simply cannot be expressed in words.

Usually TH is mostly predictable in here but that's a somewhat surprising hate. Like I didn't think it would knock his socks off or anything but damn he hated it. I think the album's pretty overrated myself but it has some strong tracks here and there

Yeah, hated it even more than Deadmau5, and that's saying something. I don't know, some albums just don't gell with me, and the singing on this one drove me bananas.

Anyway, for those who care, I've just this moment finished writing the complete discography of Genesis for my journal, so will be able to concentrate more on your recs. So look for more and more frequent reviews in the days and weeks ahead. Thanks for your patience, and remember, keep those recs coming! Only nine days to go!

I've given you one I know you'll probably Love (not really anticipating a True Love, though), and one I suspect you will Love, so I'll throw a wild card at you...

Are you still taking suggestions? I recc'd 2 songs and an album and you didn't acknowledge the posts, but OP says recs are open.

Yeah I know I'm a little behind. Genesis discography, y'see. I'm finished it now so will be updating the OP tomorrow.

@ Machine: yeah, just a difference of opinion. I hated his voice so much, and the songs bored me so much, I just wouldn't even bother again. I know when there's a chance something might click with me, and this has no chance.

From Trollhearts description of this album, I'm pretty sure I would hate it too. I just can't deal with whiny indie dudes and their barely-there tunes.

9 days to go before recs close? If so, I hope I get the chance to squeeze another one in there.
