New Metallica album "Hardwired to Self-Destruct" out November 18.
New song Hardwired isn't substantial, but at least the mastering doesn't seem to be f*cked. Kind of ugly cover artwork:

Curious if anyone still cares about Metallica around here. I'm maybe 41% excited about this album.

It's gonna be 80 minutes, 2 discs. Here's the tracklist:

Disc One

01. Hardwired
02. Atlas, Rise!
03. Now That We're Dead
04. Moth Into Flame
05. Am I Savage?
06. Halo On Fire

Disc Two

01. Confusion
02. Dream No More
03. ManUNkind
04. Here Comes Revenge
05. Murder One
06. Spit Out The Bone

I'm not excited for the album, but I am curious. I'll give it a listen. That song Metallica released not too long ago, is it on it?

I was excited, until I realized it was a Metallica album, and that it actually had songs they recorded on it. And that it's being released.

"Not excited, but will listen" is about where I'm at too.

If you mean Lords of Summer then yes, sort of: A "deluxe edition" of the album will have a 3rd disc with demos and that song.
