"Police never die" that's awesome! I can totally understand that. Then again, I fluently speak Spanish and lol at your friend.

The Tony Danza misheard lyric is hysterical too!

I used to think that the refrain at the end of "Fell on Black Days" by Soundgarden was "Sit on my new change." but it's "Sure don't mind the change.".

Okay, a classic one in Denmark is Coldplay - Yellow. The lyrics say "Your skin
Oh yeah your skin and bones" but if you are a Dane it sounds like he is singing (in danish): Jeg sked, oh yeah, jeg sked en bums. Translated: I crap, oh yeah, i crap a zit.

Maybe that's only hilarious to Danes.. but I can't say how many times I've sung the danish words instead of the english and laughed.

I've just been listening to Bowie's version of Creem's I feel free. I heard him sing 'the pavements are one huge crowd'. I used to think they were singing 'the pavements a once used crowd.'

Back when I was a little kid (probably around 6 or 7) I use to think that the lyrics to "Rock the Casbah" were "Rock the Catbox" so it's what I use to sing while cleaning out the litter box for our cats.

There's this one song on Sigur Ros' album Agaetis Byrjun, where I swear to god Jonsi said "I Farted"

I sure am lame, aren't I?

I think my worse case of misheard lyrics involved practically the entire theme song for The Sopranos.
At one point, I was pretty sure a lyric was "shave your body".

I read a story online where somebody thought that "Idiot Wind" by Bob Dylan was in fact a love song about too people named "EYEEEEDDIE AND GWENNNNN" (eddie and gwen). I couldn't stop laughing.

My mom was watching the video for Aerosmith's Dude looks like a lady and turned to me and asked what was with all the cross dressing in the video. I raised an eyebrow and said it was because the song was called Dude looks like a lady. She insisted it was called Do a lucky lady and we waited for the credits to come up at the end.
