I just think there might be some disconnect.

Even right there, I wouldn't have lumped SP in with TG, Coil, NWW, SPK, NON... what's with all these acronyms

Skinny Puppy would be an industrial style of music but o not just industrial. Maybe it's just me

I'm gonna go ahead and go against everything I just said because I've thought about it, and when there is all kinds of industrial stuff, saying industrial as a standalone thing makes sense and if we did any other industrial-born styles, they'd just be under their own term (death industrial etc)
