311 ain't ska? Some of their early stuff, sure, but mostly it's funk metal with reggae vocals and rapping.

Sorry, dude. It's gotta be four. Set amounts of votes helps me in tallying the votes, and this way I'll know I've done it right if the total adds to a divisible of four.

Not all nu metal is that bad. Get some good recs from other people if you want to try more. System of a Down, Korn, and early Disturbed are much better than most.

Was curious why anyone would call Incubus nu metal ("Pardon Me" and all) so I checked out S.C.I.E.N.C.E., and I suppose if you want to call Faith No More/RHCP worship nu metal then you'd at least have a better band to listen to than... all of them. And yes, I'm including Deftones.

Disturbed is OK but not over linkin. They put out out 2, albums and almost broke up nuff said

Y'all must not get the concept or lifestyle of music has "new" or "nu" metal so 311 is nu metal cus all the nu metal listeners at the time late 90s had there 311 CDs right next to there korn CDs so ....

But 311, to me tho if u wanna put it in something is just alternative rock but u can put a lot of things in alt rock
